📝 TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DINNER IN THE SKY MEXICO

1. GENERAL OVERVIEW
Dinner in the Sky® is a dining experience in the sky. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or booking a private service, the client accepts all terms and conditions described herein. The experience is subject to weather, operational, and technical conditions.


2. AGE, PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Minimum age: 6 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Pregnant women may participate if they are not over 30 weeks pregnant and can adjust the seatbelt correctly.
  • Maximum weight per person: 130 kg.
  • The experience is not recommended for people with:
    • Severe vertigo
    • Heart problems
    • Epilepsy
    • Reduced mobility

3. SAFETY

  • Dinner in the Sky® operates under international safety standards.
  • The platform undergoes technical inspections before each operation and annual maintenance.
  • Use of the seatbelt is mandatory.
  • Standing during the flight is not allowed.
  • Excessive alcohol consumption before or during the flight is prohibited.

4. WEATHER, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

🌀 Adverse weather:

  • If there is heavy rain, winds exceeding 30 km/h, thunderstorms, or other conditions that compromise safety, the flight will be suspended and rescheduled for another date.

❗ Cancellations by the organizer:

  • If due to logistical, technical, safety reasons, force majeure, or any other cause the event cannot take place on the scheduled date, it will also be rescheduled.

✅ In all cases, the following applies:

  • NO refunds or returns are made under any circumstances.
  • The ticket remains valid and will be rescheduled.
  • The customer may choose from the dates offered by the organization, subject to availability.

5. CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER

  • If the customer does not show up (no-show), they lose their spot without the right to a refund or rescheduling.
  • Date changes are only permitted with at least 72 hours' notice and are subject to availability.

6. FOOD AND ALLERGIES

  • The menu is fixed.
  • If the customer informs about food allergies at least 72 hours in advance, every effort will be made to adapt the ingredients.
  • Dinner in the Sky® is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from omissions or lack of prior notice.

7. RESTROOMS AND EMERGENCIES

  • The platform does not descend during the flight except in case of emergency or upon request of a pregnant woman.
  • If a guest decides to descend, they cannot go back up and will forfeit the rest of the experience.

8. IMAGE USAGE

  • By attending the experience, the client authorizes the use of their image in photos or videos for promotional purposes, unless they indicate otherwise in writing before the event.

9. PERSONAL DATA

  • Dinner in the Sky® handles customer data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
  • Information will not be shared with third parties without authorization.

10. LEGAL LIABILITY

  • Dinner in the Sky® is not responsible for:
    • Lost or dropped objects
    • Injuries caused by misuse of the seatbelt or non-compliance with rules
    • Accidents due to causes attributable to the customer
  • In case of a medical emergency, the customer authorizes the intervention of trained personnel or external medical services.

Experience Attendance Verification

In order to ensure correct attendance verification and avoid unfounded claims or refund requests, upon arrival to live the experience, our operations team will request:

  • A selfie-type photograph.
  • A photograph of your valid official ID.
  • Signature of a document certifying your presence and participation in the experience.

These requirements are part of our internal control processes and evidence of attendance, and compliance is mandatory for all participants.

Important:
People who arrive in a drunken state or visibly intoxicated will not be able to live the experience and there will be no refund under any circumstances.

Icono FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a maximum age to experience this?
No. There is no age limit to go up, as long as the person is in optimal health conditions.

What happens if I have an allergy or don't like something on the menu?
It is essential for the customer to specify which foods cause allergies or which ones they dislike. The menu cannot be changed, but indicated ingredients will be substituted in case of allergy.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of the event?
Dinner in the Sky® cannot operate with heavy rains, winds exceeding 30 km/h, or thunderstorms. We will wait for a maximum of 2 hours, and if the weather does not improve, the flight will be rescheduled for another date.

How many people fit on the platform?
Maximum 22 people per flight.

Is it safe?
Yes. We have international certifications, technical inspection before each flight, and annual maintenance by certified operators.

Can children go up?
Yes, from 6 years of age, always accompanied by an adult.

Can pregnant women go up?
Yes, as long as they do not exceed 30 weeks of pregnancy and can fasten the seatbelt correctly.

What is the maximum weight per person?
130 kilograms.

What happens if I want to go to the bathroom during the experience?
It is important to use the restroom before going up. The platform does not descend except in an emergency or in the case of pregnant women who request it. The person will not be able to go back up.

Does the platform rotate while up there?
Yes. We do 360° turns three times during the experience, provided wind conditions allow it.

What happens if I get scared while up there or want to get down?
The platform descends in less than 30 seconds. If someone does not feel well, they are brought down and remain on the ground while the rest of the group continues the experience.
